However, passion and inner-motivation can’t be trained – so we model that from the upper levels of management right through to our newest starter. Alejandro Jara was just 18 years old when he arrived in Australia from his hometown in Caracas, Venezuela and only 23 when he started Black and White Waiters (B&W).
