Our exclusive and hand picked staff team are characterized for being young, well presented and motivated – most of them come from the top hospitality schools and modeling agencies in Sydney.

As we understand the needs for the events we are targeting – the B&W team puts extra emphasis on the presentation and grooming of its members – we believe that this is what makes the difference between a waiter and a Black and White Waiter.

Alejandro Jara was just 18 years old when he arrived in Australia from his hometown in Caracas, Venezuela and only 23 when he started BLACKANDWHITEWAITERS (B&W). Today B&W fiercely competes with some of Sydney’s most established event agencies, gaining respect and market share by giving 110% to every event they are assigned to.
